Shipment

Delivery is insured worldwide with DHL:

Shipping costs (including VAT) per shipment.

Delivery times:

As a rule, the ordered items are dispatched within 1-3 working days by our parcel service provider DHL.

You can pay for the goods from our online shop using Shopify Payments either in advance, Klarna, Paypal or major credit cards. If you choose advance payment, we will give you an overview of the items you have ordered, as well as our bank details in an order confirmation and will send the items after receipt of money. If you select the other payment methods, payment for the items takes place immediately after the ordering process.

When your order is executed, you will receive a corresponding confirmation with a tracking number, which you can use to track the package delivery. Please note that international shipping takes a few more days than within Germany and that we have no influence on the final delivery time.

Special information about shipping abroad:

The buyer bears the direct costs of return shipping. This does not apply to defective or defective goods.
